Database of Existing Videos (from Dr Diane Barret, UC Davis)

Dr. Barrett reviewed numerous existing videos available on fruit and vegetable postharvest handling, preservation and quality evaluation and made a database which is summarized in this document: Fruit and Vegetable Videos.
